A Client Order represents the products that your company will have to send to your clients.

From now on you’ll have on Prodsmart a direct channel to communicate with your clients, allowing you to send automatic information about their orders.

You can now add your clients, on the left menu Client Orders/Clients, and fill their email addresses in.
Then you will be able to send a dynamic notifications regarding the status of the orders without any additional effort. Your client will be able to see, in real time, the status you sent.
