In a segment dedicated to new companies, Dinheiro Vivo wanted to understand how the Prodsmart’s management system works and its purposes.

“The software increases the workers productivity, who stop to write down every step on paper, and decreases the risk of waste. Just being aware of some waste right after it took place allows the chance to successfully reduce it in 75% to 80% – points out Gonçalo Fortes. The business efficiency can increase from 10% to 20%. It is like that story of the gentleman who dropped off 10 kg because he started to weigh himself every day. (…)”
